Filter never sounded quite like this again and short bus wound up being a singular snapshot cemented in time a sleeper hit that became an enduring genre touchstone.

This sounds like a mid 90s rock metal album and really gives me a lot of nostalgia. Filter is one of the bands you can credit for bringing industrial rock to the mainstream. When compared to the tune behemoth that was title of record this is a very distant cousin.

Filter has always been very hit or miss for me but this is a really good album with lots of classic tracks. Their records title of record and the amalmagut were awesome and short bus should not be looked over. But the songs just aren t there.
